If after one month you wish to continue using NZBedBank you will continue to pay no fees, provided you use the service to make bookings.

There are no other charges
  • No setup fees.No training fees.
  • No usage fees.
  • No updating fees.
  • No software to buy.

NZBedBank charges a small booking fee to hotels. Typically $2 or $3 per confirmed room night.

All bookings made through NZBedBank are guaranteed by both NZBedBank and the hotel.

Should you regularly use NZBedBank to check availability, but not to make bookings, an access fee of NZ$10 per day will be charged for each day the status is accessed. There is no limit on the number of times the system is accessed in any one day and NO access fee will be levied if on the day of access (or accesses) at least one booking is made.

Interface
NZBedBank can be interfaced with most tour operator systems. With an interface, typically your system would seamlessly default to Bedbank's room availability database whenever your allotments are not available.

Customizing BedBank
We can rebrand NZBedBank to any name that you wish and provide customized page templates.

Access through your web site
Customised access through your web site can also be provided.
